Coreman Supply is a service-based delivery business focusing on the I-85 and I-77 corridors of North Carolina and South Carolina. While we strive for timely delivery to your job site, delivery times are estimates and not guaranteed. Responsibility for the equipment transfers to the customer upon delivery to the specified location.
Coreman Supply, LLC provides professional-grade equipment. It is the customer's responsibility to ensure that all personnel using the equipment are properly trained and compliant with industry safety standards. Coreman Supply, LLC shall not be liable for any damages, project delays, or injuries resulting from the use or misuse of the products provided.
In no event shall Coreman Supply, LLC be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages (including loss of profit) arising out of or in connection with our products or services. Our total liability shall not exceed the amount paid by you for the specific product or service giving rise to the claim.
These terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of North Carolina. Any disputes relating to these terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in Stanly County, North Carolina.
